In 2011, Jenn became a Licensed Realtor in the State of Nebraska. Since then, she has sold more than 350 homes and built more than 100 new-construction homes.

On the new build side of her business, Jenn represents Woodland, Birchwood, Pine Crest, and Richland Homes in Omaha and Lincoln communities. On the real estate side, Jenn is a Team Lead at Homelife Realty Group — a small but mighty team of 6 Omaha-based real estate agents.

I’m a lifelong Omaha resident and Nebraska REALTOR® who brings a background that

goes well beyond traditional real estate. Since beginning my real estate career in 2020,

I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate every step of the process—from finding the right

home to contracts, negotiations, inspections, and closing.

I also bring hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry, working closely with

builders, developers, homeowners, municipalities, and vendors. That behind-the-scenes

Judd is a Nebraska REALTOR® with a strong background in residential and commercial construction. During the week, he works as a commercial superintendent, giving him hands-on experience with the building process, construction schedules, materials, and the details that go into creating a quality property.

On weekends, Judd works with home buyers and represents Richland Homes’ new construction opportunities in The Woodlands at Yankee Hill in Lincoln. He especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers and clients considering new construction, walking them through the process from the initial home search through closing.

His construction background gives clients an added perspective when comparing homes, reviewing new construction options, and understanding how a home is built. Judd takes a straightforward, low-pressure approach and focuses on helping clients make informed decisions that fit their goals and budget.

Outside of real estate and construction, Judd enjoys staying active, spending time at the gym, pickleball and continuing to learn about construction, development, and real estate.

Born and raised in Nebraska, I grew up in South Omaha and attended Westside High School. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction, and for the past four years I’ve built my real estate career on trust, loyalty, integrity, and a genuine passion for client service.

I bring a rare, hands-on perspective to real estate thanks to my extensive background in pre-development for new construction — overseeing sanitary sewer, storm sewer, paving, water main, and power infrastructure. This experience gives me a deep understanding of Special Improvement District (SID) design and everything that goes into a site before construction even begins. I stay closely connected to upcoming and in-progress developments across Bennington, Papillion, Bellevue, and Gretna, so I can give my clients an insider’s view of where the metro is headed.

I’m also a Certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), equipped to guide clients through the unique challenges of distressed property transactions with clarity and confidence.

I strive to win the day for every client I work with, making sure that the jobs not finished until my clients are handed the keys to their next home. Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, staying active in the gym, and soaking up everything Nebraska summers have to offer.
